It conforms to compound curves, has the longest outdoor life (10 to 12 years) and doesn't shrink. 651 is Oracal's top of the line calendered vinyl It is less expensive, .5mil thicker, is intended for a flatter surface and has a 4 to 6 year outdoor life.

网页2014年6月30日 · Posted July 2, 2014. I frequently use 651 and the only time I have this issue is when my blade cuts too deep (goes through the vinyl and into the backing). To fix, I just reduce the amount of blade that I have sticking out. I don't touch anything with pressure or calibration because it is irrelevant.

To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting.
