And they listened, with extra dim you can set your owncontrast preferences exactly how you prefer them in any ambient lighting condition. You don't need to accept their calibration decision if ypu don't like it.

The only reason I haven’t accepted the fate as a dead pixel is cause it seems kinda dim and therefore stuck and possibly fixable. Thanks. If still within return/exchange period, do that.

Had it set like this for days now, just noticed it randomly got dim. However, Im thinking it could be a software issue since when I open up certain photos, the screen immediately gets brighter again.

Enabled . 5 animations in the developer settings which turned main animation switch back on. So far no glitching while closing windows or dimming screen.
