Hurricane RafaelRafael continues to strengthen and move northwest towards Cuba today where hurricane warnings are in effect.

Hurricane conditions are expected in Cuba Wednesday before Rafael emerges in the Gulf. Here at home, it turns breezy with showers on Wednesday and Thursday.
