PARRISH, Fla. (WFLA) — A Florida man, best known by the nickname, “The Monkey Whisperer,” has reportedly gotten into trouble with the law again, this time for illegally trafficking marmosets.

It is illegal to possess a capuchin monkey in Florida and California. An investigation began after Brown shared a picture of the monkey, named Fiji, to his millions of Instagram followers.
