Liz Schaffner, a 1998 graduate of Loyola, begins her 15th season as the Navy's Director of Lacrosse Operations. Schaffner came to the Academy after serving 10 seasons as an assistant at George Mason.

Dave Brandt completed his seventh year as the Navy men's soccer head coach in 2015. Brandt is the winningest active coach at the Division I level with his .786 career winning percentage (310-72-34).
