Auburn Tigers head coach Hugh Freeze continues with the multiple-play-caller strategy which has failed him all season long.

Freeze said the defense was dominating after the first quarter outside of Kentucky’s long drive that led to the goal line stand. Freeze gives credit to head coach Clark Lea on Vanderbilt‘s success this season. Says against Vanderbilt, “you’re basically playing Navy,” in regard to how Vanderbilt plays offensively and uses the clock.

Head coach Hugh Freeze sure thinks it could be considering how the Tigers (3-5, 1-4 SEC) found themselves in a quick 10-0 hole at the end of the first quarter. Auburn proceeded to drop 24 unanswered points on the Wildcats, leaving Lexington with their first SEC win of the year.

Make no mistake, nothing ULM wants to accomplish in the Plains will look complex or intricate on offense. Without a shadow of a doubt, the visitors from the Sun Belt want to establish the run. Behind freshman running back Ahmad Hardy, the Warhawks want to grind the Tigers down to dust.
