I rang at 4pm on the dot and was number 4 in the line. It went down to number 2 and they dropped the call at their end. Now I can't get through at all when I call back because "all operators are busy… Anonymous的完整评论

Cannot get through on the telephone whatsoever, no matter what time of day on the weekend and out of hours. Totally unfit for purpose as it stands and needs a complete overhaul. One word to sum it up… Anonymous的完整评论

I was seen very quickly and i came out of the GP surgery within 10 minutes of me turning up for my appointment with everything I needed. I went for an inhailor on a Sunday and was pleasantly suprised… Martin的完整评论
