No inflamation obvious, just sore when walked on, as the foot bends and weight is put on the "ball" of the foot. Ouch! Walk a lot in job; 8 hrs on feet. Went to Dr. with a previous pain, 8 mo.s ago.

网页2010年5月12日 · Last week at 4am, total top of left foot raked with pain for no reason, from near front of ankle to toes. Couldn't even arc my toes. No chance of walking on it. After a day, got back on the inversion table. Each session eased the pain and right now almost completely gone and will go for a walk to test it out.

My feet swelled huge and the doctor thought it was due to my kidneys and said that walking on swollen feet was better then sitting around, but the swelling continued.
