网页2012年9月29日 — Having "flat feet" isn't the cause of your pain. I've seen the whole gamut of foot types, and there isnt a connection between arch height and foot pain. You have liekly either pulled a ligament, or pinched a nerve. Put some ice on it for 20 minutes, and see how it goes. If it doesn't improve ove the next few days, go see a doctor or podiatrist.
