Shut down -> flick led switch on motherboard to off -> boot up -> enter desktop -> open mystic light -> set rgb off (or make change)-> turn off PC -> turn off power supply -> unplug power cord for couple minutes -> flick led switch on mobo to on -> plug power cable back in -> turn on PSU -> boot up PC and it should be fixed.

Using msirgb you can allow it to make changes, then click on the disable all lighting button (on the bottom). There’s a switch on the mobo to turn them off. There is no such setting in MSI bios.
