I think for the price, they are the best value out there for small quantities. I was impressed with the quality of the parts. The augur housing and feed tube are cast aluminum, as is the staging tray.

网页2012年6月12日 · Having some type of warranty with most Harbor Freight purchases is smart. In a grinder unit that claims to crank out only 2lbs a minute, that's a lot of motor wear & heat generation for a 10 to 15lb batch. As long as one does smaller meat loads (less than 5), it should be fine. Kevin

Now I want to get something better, which would literally be anything. lol It's not going to see heavy use, I won't be stuffing sausages in it or grinding up entire animals. Mostly some Brisket for smash burgers, or just anything that uses ground beef.

It was $61 with a 2 year warranty though so I didn't expect much out it. They have an online store and I have found them helpful. You could always order a catalog from them. I am not sure what you mean by "Cap".

It took a while to get the belts to quit slipping. Mine turned 72 rpms after the belt reduction pillow block. If you turn to fast it will smear the grease and meat.
