FWIW Goldenseal is a nice package for smaller remod-type companies - but it's not "estimating software". It's a financial management package with an estimating module. Big difference.

Peachtree is an accounting software and not a bookkeeper program.

To keep the fascia's matching, the 11 side needs to be raised 2'-5 1/2". The ponywall for the 11/12 side will be pulled in 4'-0 13/16" for the hip to sit on.
